Refund & Return Policy

At NaibeautyKe, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchangesexcept in cases where items are received damaged, defective, or incomplete at the point of delivery.


1. Damaged, Defective or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you find that an item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing from the delivery

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package through any of the following:

We will guide you on the next steps, which may include a return or replacement based on the issue and availability.


2. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If a return is approved, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Approved returns must be sent to our return location:
Thiongo Road, Nairobi, Kenya

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Unsolicited returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable, flammable, or hazardous goods

If you are unsure about a specific product, please reach out before purchasing.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately for the replacement item.


5. Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • We will notify you of approval
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@naibeautyke.com.


6. International Orders – EU Customers

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
