  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment methods accepted: M-PESA, credit/debit cards (via Paystack), and other options displayed at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error or system malfunction, we may cancel or refuse orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • You must inspect your order upon receipt; refer to our Refund & Return Policy for damaged or defective items.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but we cannot guarantee exact colour representation on user devices.
  • All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and offer a backorder, exchange, or refund.

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., reviews, comments). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.
